Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Alabama is where I am from and where my family is located. I love living in Colorado Springs due to the weather and its beauty.
When I started running and what got me started:
I started running in college to lose the Freshmen 15.
What does running mean to me:
Running is a passion and a form of therapy.
Running accomplishments:
Completed a half marathon in 2007 and recently finished a running series.
What I like about trail/mountain running:
Scenery and clean air.
Running related bathroom stop story:
I always have to go ten or more times before a race :)
