When I started running and what got me started:
Started in 1980 in the Springs. My business partner convinced me to go for a lunch run. Proceeded to Monument Valley Park. Started out and collapsed after 100 yds. Ok, time for a change in activity levels. A lot of work on this since then
What does running mean to me:
It's become a lifestyle and taught me that others and myself set their own limits in thinking and what can be accomplished.
