Places Ive called home and why I like where I am now:
Denver. Fresh air, stars, and plenty of room for kids and dogs.
When I started running and what got me started:
10 years ago to stay competitive in a young man's hockey league.
What does running mean to me:
Dessert.
Running accomplishments:
Better than expected results in the few events I've run.
What I like about trail/mountain running:
Very new to this but devoted hiker and retired (dang it) mountain biker.
Best running experience:
In this year's Ute Valley Leg of the Fall Series, I discovered that tough training pays off - finished 50th.
Worst running experience:
Last year's Bear Creek leg having run mostly flat surfaces in prep.
Running related bathroom stop story:

Running pet peeves:
Injuries that pop up from my 40 something body. I'll take 'em though.
Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
Cool travel stories.
Other hobbies and interests:
Seasonal sports guy that transitions from hiking and running to skiing and hockey to cycling and tennis. Dedication for the Ascent will be tough!

Goal: bag my 30th 14'er by competing in the '08 Ascent.
