What does running mean to me:
It's brought me many of the important things and people in my life.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Getting lost to create an unplanned long run, going places many people will never see

Favorite running trail and why:
Cheesman Ranch and connecting trails at Mueller State park in the fall because all the aspens.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Run Rabbit Run 50 miler because it was my first ultra in the states and all the aspens (I like fall:).

Best running experience:
Run Mindful retreat in Boulder in 2017.

Worst running experience:
Falling down a ski slope during a trail marathon, getting stitched up and duct taped, then missing the cut off by seven minutes at the last aid station.

Running pet peeves:
People not knowing basic trail etiquette and people climbing mountains with ridiculously inappropriate gear judging my trail running kit.

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
My undergraduate major for three years was music and audio production; I wanted to be a music producer. :P
