What I do for work:
Consulting in productivity improvement and problem solving.

Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Nebraska, Boston, Salt Lake City, Denver

I like Colorado because the sun shines frequently here

When I started running and what got me started:
age 50....I wanted to drop 30 pounds

What does running mean to me:
It is one of the few times during the day that I truely feel alive and in-touch with my senses.

I believe I have experienced every running injury known to mankind.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
I pretty much hate trail/mountain runnning...but it usually is nice when it is over.

Best running experience:
Got first place in 2009 National Seniors 10k in California

When I first started running....First time I was able to run more than 5 minutes without calf muscles locking up

Worst running experience:
Hamstring locked up at Phoenix half-marathon in 2009....walked the last 5 miles to finish

Did my first Marathon in 2001 at 5:40, had to walk last 10 miles.

Neatest thing found on a run:
My health

Running pet peeves:
old people who beat me

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
I am really good at doing Nebraska pig calls

I have a pretty good fake Boston accent

Other hobbies and interests:
none...I am uni-dimensional
