Love the proximity to the mountains. Anytime I feel the need I can grab my shoes or my bike and get to the trails.

When I started running and what got me started:
Been running since high school but fell out of it for a while. Getting back into it as I decided to do an IronMan race and really enjoying it.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Every step is a different experience.
