Seattle and Spokane, WA. I love the colorado mountains especially in the summer time. The sun shine is nice too!

When I started running and what got me started:
I've been running on and off for 8 years and have played competitive soccer regularly for all my life.

What does running mean to me:
Running cleanses the soul and gets me in shape

Running accomplishments:
I have done a few races and did well. Most of my accomplishments have been in soccer.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
The amazing views and fresh clean air.

Bar Trail. It has excellent grade.
