1993. I got tired of going to the gym.

What does running mean to me:
A chance to think clearly

Every run is an adventure

Favorite running trail and why:
D&R Towpath. Its flat but it's a trail :-/

Best running experience:
3X up the incline in one day.....my first time on the hill !!

Worst running experience:
Yesterday in the snow with a cold.

Running pet peeves:
Finding bagged up dog shit

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
I'm a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, mandolin, piano, drums, bass) and play a variety of styles.
