What I do for work:
US Army Bombsquad

Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Everywhere. I love Colorado and hope to retire here. The outdoors are great here and there are so many oppurtunities to enjoy the outdoors.

When I started running and what got me started:
I started running when I joined the Army in 1997 because I had too. It took off from there.

What does running mean to me:
Peace and relaxation no matter how difficult.

Running accomplishments:
Trail marathon in Prince William Forest. Multiple halfs and 10 milers.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Scenery and always challenging.

Favorite running trail and why:
The Big Mountain half in Cheyenne Canon.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
I love the trails in Cheyenne Canon.

Best running experience:
Prince William Forest marathon because it was my first and I finished.

Worst running experience:
Training for my first marathon. Thats when I learned the importance of eating before and staying hydrated.

Neatest thing found on a run:
Nothing yet!

Running related bathroom stop story:
Having to go in a hurry and staying to find a spot.

Running pet peeves:
Headphones, people not paying attention to others and rude indivduals.

Other hobbies and interests:
Motorcyles, hiking anything outdoors. Taking my family and exploring the outdoors.

Other stuff:
Reading books about real place, things and people.
