Arizona and Kentucky- but recently moved to the Springs

When I started running and what got me started:
about 1.5 yrs. ago

What does running mean to me:
good excercise, clarity (clear my head time) and a chance to be outdoors taking in the amazing scenery

Running accomplishments:
several 1/2's and 1 full Marathon. Doing them has been a big accomplishment for me.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
nice scenery and a break from the pavement

Best running experience:
accomplishing a full marathon for the 1st time-Austin Freescale

Worst running experience:
20th mile during my 1st full marathon

a new friend
