Scenery, weather, people.

1981 for fitness

What does running mean to me:

Running accomplishments:
Ben Lomond

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Great people, grand scenery, freedom to run where we want.

Favorite running trail and why:
West Highland Way.
The route varies so much.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Tinto Hill Race.
It's fairly steep up with a good fast blast downhill.

Best running experience:
I enjoy every run to a degree. It's just great to be out & uninjured.

Worst running experience:
Helping a girl who had hypothermia when a sudden snow storm arose; she was OK.

Neatest thing found on a run:
A squirrell with its head stuck in a bag of Skittles, I could have picked it up but didn't in case it bit me.

Running related bathroom stop story:
Not had a problem yet.

Running pet peeves:
Litter, tree roots.

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:

Other hobbies and interests:
Foxhunting, fishing, rugby.
