When I started running and what got me started:
2008, because my wife wants to join a running club and wanted me to go with her on her first run with the club.

What does running mean to me:
Health, enjoyment, peace, solitude, fun!

Running accomplishments:
Trail marathons, 50k's, 50 mile, and 100k.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Trail running = adventure.

Favorite running trail and why:
Art Loeb Trail, because I got lost for hours on that trail.

Mountain Masochist.
