Spring 2015, signed up for the Triple Crown.
What does running mean to me:
Running is a metaphor for my life, personal and professional. I want to make continuous gradual improvement and be a little better tomorrow than today.

Ask me in a year. For upcoming races, I've got a good feeling about the Fall Series race in Palmer Park.
Best running experience:
Discovering the trails in North Cheyenne Canyon and beyond, there are so many great trails!
Worst running experience:
Zirkel circle 11 mile loop in Steamboat. Great run, rad views, but tripped and fell on the descent, hurt my toe and shoulder.

Was a music DJ in college.
