Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
This is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Access to adventure is so easy!

When I started running and what got me started:
Started in 1979. Traded a bad habit (smoking) for a great one.

What does running mean to me:
Running equals freedom. I am very grateful for every day I can get out and enjoy the trails.

Finding the discipline to train.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Natural beauty, no vehicles, great people.

Favorite running trail and why:
Anywhere with good footing, few people, and great scenery.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
The Pikes Peak Ascent is a great challenge, and has no downhill pounding.

Most Incline Club Runs.
