Colorado has everything.

When I started running and what got me started:
1977, training to take the physical for the NYC Fire Dept.

What does running mean to me:
A way of life.

Running accomplishments:
30 marathons, 4 Ironman races, just qualified for Boston in 2007 at the Philadelphia Marathon.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
The views and the challenge

Just started here on Dec 1, 2007 the ute trail.
