I like Colorado because people respect who I am and what I do.

When I started running and what got me started:
I started running in March of 2002. I wanted to get in shape and run with my friend.

What does running mean to me:
Keeping in shape and being healthy.

Able to run three miles without stopping.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
You can walk more.

Bar Trail coming down. I don't have to try as hard.

Was the first time I ran with my friend without stopping.

The time I fell on my face.
