Billings Montana, Denver Colorado, Bellevue Washington.
Babe City.

When I started running and what got me started:
Fishing in Montana. Fear of Grizzlies. Can't outrun grizzlies but CAN outrun fishing buddies.

What does running mean to me:
Hurts so good. Life affirming obsessive/compulsive behavior.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
I'm ALIIIIIIIIIIIVE ! Scenery, people I meet and people I run with.

Favorite running trail and why:
3300' Colchuck trailhead to Aasgard Pass (7500') (2200' in last 3/4 mile exiting at 1300' Snow Lakes Trailhead 20 mile trip with (you will be aesthetically jaded) Enchantment Basin in the middle.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Duh. Duuuhhh. PPA no doubt.

Best running experience:
Skinny dipping with hottie pal at mid-point lake on 13 mile fun, fun ,fun, run.

Worst running experience:
First PPA. Calf cramps from hell. Came back for more though didn't I.

Neatest thing found on a run:

Running related bathroom stop story:
Mistaken for predator by paranoid hiker.

Running pet peeves:
Tendency of stupid body to not store enough glycogen.

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
Third generation matrilineal descendant of King of Norway.

Other hobbies and interests:
Yoga, Taoism, Extreme Bonsai, Cliff diving.

Other stuff:
follow your bliss and fiber, fiber ,fiber. Shitake mushrooms.
