What does running mean to me:
After 12 hr shifts in a basement, getting OUTSIDE!! And staying (getting back) in shape.

A few ribbons & medals in High School.
A long time ago in a galax... you know

What I like about trail/mountain running:
The challenge, the wildlife, the views.

Favorite running trail and why:
I don't know if Barr Trail is my favorite, but it's the one I've done the most.
