   up the Inlcine
2: Tempo run up the Incline
3: 30 minutes alternating 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy
   up the Barr Trail from Hydro Street
4: Tempo run from Hydro Street to No Name Creek or 30
   minutes, whichever comes first
T: Taper run
R: Recovery run
