When I started running and what got me started:
Started running in the military because I had no choice. Now I run for the challenge and to keep my sanity.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
No cars.

Favorite running trail and why:
Barr Trail. It's challenging and well-traveled so you don't feel too alone.

Running by someone who doesn't acknowledge you.
