When I started running and what got me started:
I've been running since high school. My Dad was a runner and a biker and he got me started doing both.
What does running mean to me:
ME TIME. Time to get next to nature.
Running accomplishments:
GOG 10 mile - twice. Denver 1/2 marathon - twice. Pikes Peak Road Runner - short series 2011. 2011 Vegas marathon.
What I like about trail/mountain running:
The beauty and the challenge.
Favorite running trail and why:
Section 16 in Black Forest because I can let my dog run off leash!
Best running experience:
First time I did the incline and ran down Barr Trail
Worst running experience:
Vegas Marathon
Neatest thing found on a run:
A rock that looks like a bike seat!
