Places Ive called home and why I like where I am now:
New Zealand, Queenstown. A happening place. I like were I am now. Lots of trail and the four seasons, big rivers, lots of trees and wild life.
When I started running and what got me started:
Started running in 1984, Raced Drag cars for 20 years - just got too much.
What does running mean to me:
Freedom

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Closer to nature, and the type of people who you meet are special.
Favorite running trail and why:
This is easy, No doubt The North Country Trail a National Scenic trail. The Segment in McConnells Mill State Park next to none.
Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Imogene Pass run, very down to earth,.
Best running experience:
It was in Courtneys Birthday Run and hot tub Party, First a 15 mile at 9 am, then a 10 mile at 11 am, then 5 miles at 1 Pm, I ran all 30 miles and Sat in a tub, Rub-A-Dub-Dub-January 11, 1986
Worst running experience:
Getting lost getting to the start of the 1989 Hawaii marathon
Neatest thing found on a run:
A runner in a Bikini on a trail run ,P.S. She was too fast.
Running related bathroom stop story:
Erie race in march. Started the race and then at 1 mile ran back to start to go and still won a age group
Running pet peeves:
Dogs loose
Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
Ride a Harley
