What I like about trail/mountain running:
All my training is done on trails, but all of my races have been on the road. The road races are very hard on your legs and the trail running is much easier on the mind and doesn't seem to be such a grind.

Favorite running trail and why:
Barr Trail on Pikes Peak.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Pikes Peak Marathon by far.

Best running experience:
Winter running.

Worst running experience:

The people that I meet and the views.
