I enjoy Southern Colorado for the open spaces and lack of crowds

When I started running and what got me started:
I started running about two years ago while working in London -- needed to do something to counteract the time spent in pubs.

What does running mean to me:
Mental health

Running accomplishments: View my Pikes Peak Ascent/Marathon results
Finished Fort Collins Old Town Marathon last May in just over four hours.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
I enjoy the outdoors and the scenery. Also, it also seems like trail runners smile much more than road runners.

Favorite running trail and why:
Enjoy running trails in Rock Canyon downstream from Pueblo Dam. Close to home, cool in summer, lots of wildlife.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Have not run one yet

Best running experience:
Finishing Fort Collins Marathon last year.

Neatest thing found on a run:
Bear tracks.
