When I started running and what got me started:
13 years old til about 25....then a 15 year layoff til this year.

What does running mean to me:
A way to live.

Running accomplishments:
Was an All American years ago. Ran a few marathons under 6 min pace without training....ran sub 15 min 5K a few times.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Easy on the feet.

Favorite running trail and why:
None...still exploring.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Have not done one in years....will in the future though.
