Health insurance and employee benefits broker since 1987.
Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Pueblo, C.Springs, Manitou Springs, Denver, Kansas City, Houston, Monument and now back to Manitou Springs, it would seem for good.
When I started running and what got me started:
Ran track at Fountain Valley School in the late 60's - 440, 880 and mile relay. That's an effective way of dating oneself!
What does running mean to me:
Involvement with nature, fitness and an excellent mellowing agent.
