Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:

When I started running and what got me started:
During the Summer Olympics.

What does running mean to me:
I'd rather be fit than not.

Running accomplishments:
Three marathons plus other, shorter races.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
I like the scenery, challenge to pay attention, and just being out there.

Favorite running trail and why:
Palmer Trail, Garden of the Gods because it is both a beautiful place and the views are wonderful.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Barr Trail Mt Race, beautiful, challenging, and exciting to be on Pikes Peak. "Won't those Texas relatives be impressed!" as am I.

Every sprint to the finish of a race.

Worst running experience:
Any time I fall.

Neatest thing found on a run:
Exhilaration.

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
Started brewing beer.

New hobby: learning Colorado geology.

Other stuff:
Stay fit. It is easier than getting fit.
