Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
I am a Colorado native. I have lived in Ft.Collins,Boulder and now Denver.
When I started running and what got me started:
I played volleyball in College, always loved the fitness and running. Aftr College, I competed in Triathalons. Now, due to my demanding job, I run.
What does running mean to me:
Running is a part of me as is breathing,sleeping and eating. Although, I am not a super fast runner,I am a fierce competitor. The absolute BEST is runing on the trails in the mountains.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Feeling like a kid, getting muddy,dirty and tired.
Running pet peeves:
I love dogs,I love animals but dogs running on the trails without a leash or with a super long leash bugs me. It is so easy to trip on them.
