Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Palo Alto, CA. Moved to Colorado Springs in 1964 and never considered any other place.

When I started running and what got me started:
Started in high school, then guit and started again about 1980.

What does running mean to me:
Great exercise, a way to push myself physically, and an opportunity to meditate.

I am still running at 68.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
Peace and quiet, the views, the challenge of just doing it.

Favorite running trail and why:
Several trails in the South end of the Air Force Academy. I live there and simply go out my back door and run.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Pikes Peak Ascent because of the challenge.

Best running experience:
They are all good.

Neatest thing found on a run:
A $20 bill.
