Balance and Meditation

Running accomplishments:
well over 50 marathons,a hand full of 50k's amd 50 milers. 3 100 milers 1 in Texas and 2 in Leadville.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
The experiences of nature.

Favorite running trail and why:
Blue Hills MA. Lots of varied terrain.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Leadville...Best views

Wallet in a stolen abandend car in the Lynn Woods.
