Running provides a great opportunity to enjoy nature, prepare for a challenge, and be with friends.

I have run a number of races around the world. But my greatest accomplishment is preparing for the next race and running it in a manner which is appropriate from me.

I love being in nature, breathing fresh air, feeling the change in temperature, seeing beautiful sites, experiencing the challenge of the next step, and developing relationships with those of similar values.

Barr Trail is my favorite because of its diversity.
