Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
California, Korea, Mississippi, Texas and now Colorado. I have moved alot with my job but I have always wanted to live in beautiful Colorado. So much to see and do.
When I started running and what got me started:
I started running in 6th grade. I love running and staying in shape. It's a great stress reliever.
What does running mean to me:
It means alot of hard work and dedication and motivation. It keeps me focused.
Running accomplishments:
LA Marathon is my biggest accomplisment and I have run in alot of 5K and 10K.
What I like about trail/mountain running:
Its a better workout for me and it makes running alot more fun.
Favorite running trail and why:
Neck breakers train in pennsylvania.
Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
I have two bachelors degree and working on my masters in criminal psychology
Other hobbies and interests:
sports, hiking, camping, weight lifting.
