Administrative/Executive Assistant/Support.

Places I’ve called home and why I like where I am now:
Home is where-ever my heart is. Ohio, Calif. & now, Colorado are all beautiful. No other backdrop to compare tho, to Pikes Peak.

When I started running and what got me started:
I actually started in 1990. Got me out of the house when the kids were (then) 2 & 7. I needed the mental break from working all day and getting that 2nd wind to continue with house/family stuff! I did some 5K's, a couple 10K's at which I didn't care about my form or how I looked - shuffling along!

What does running mean to me:
It means getting outside :) Enjoying the beauty of nature while clearing my head or just enjoying the run.

What I like about trail/mountain running:
I love the softer terrain.

Favorite running trail and why:
Santa Fe - because that is my first serious training trail.

Favorite trail/mountain race and why:
Palo Duro 20K - reminded me alot of GoG trial...soft, scenic & very runable.

Best running experience:
My last race. I set a PR.

Worst running experience:
I can honestly say my running career 12 yrs ago. When I actually ran my slowest.

Neatest thing found on a run:
Hmm intersesting. I try to not pick up things on a trail.

Running related bathroom stop story:
Ughhh..not this question...ok ONE and only one years ago while running/hiking Ute Pass Indian Trail...up high off the trail. When you gotta go - you gotta go.

Running pet peeves:
Trash or litter on the trail. People who HOG the whole width of the trail. Want more? :)

Something non running related that no one would guess about me:
My age.
