Remember when you are filling this out to think about things like pacing, hydration, clothing, trail traffic, training etc. Anything that you can share that may be of help — or just entertaining — to a peak runner! Please don’t be embarrassed no matter how your race went. It is my hope that by sharing we can all learn from each other — both in what we did right and what we did wrong!!!
