5/9/13 Thur: Rain and snow greated 18 runners who took on the Incline.
5/5/13 Sun: 33 ICers headed out for a run. Most went for Barr Camp.
5/2/13 Thur: 22 did 1 minute hard, 1 minute easy up the Incline.
4/28/13 Sun: At least 39 got signed in. The route today was Section 16 but like always that did not stop some from running in the Garden or up the Incline or wherever.
4/25/13 Thur: 23 did a 30 minute tempo run up the Barr Trail followed by 4 Hydro repeats.
4/21/13 Sun: 37 headed over to and up Longs Ranch Road.
4/18/13 Thur: One of the coldest Thursday workouts in memory saw 21 on the Barr Trail today for 30 mins of 1 min hard, 1 minute easy followed by 4 Hydro repeats.
4/14/13 Sun: 47 headed out for a run. Most shot for Barr Camp but like always some ran in the Garden, some up the Incline and still others to places unknown.
4/11/13 Thur: 30 ran up the Incline today. Unlike last week today was a even effort run.
4/7/13 Sun: A warmer day brought out the largest group in a while - 44. Section 16 was the route for most.
4/4/13 Thur: 39 made the first Thursday workout of the year. They were treated to a new workout protocol - 1 on, 1 off up the Incline. Sick!
3/31/13 Sun: 40 came out on a nice day for an awesome run over to and up Longs Ranch Road. And so ends March.
3/24/13 Sun: Old man winter got the last laugh and gave us a very cold day. But temps below 20 did not stop 27 ICers from coming out for a trip to Barr Camp and back.
3/17/13 Sun: 42 came out today for another run over to Section 16.
3/10/13 Sun: Setting our clocks forward an hour tripped up a few people this week. But 33 of us showed on time and headed out for a run. Longs Ranch Road was the prescribed run.
3/3/13 Sun: 42 came out for trip to Barr Camp and back.
2/17/13 Sun: A very cold day reduced the club down to 24. But that means those that showed are that much further ahead of those that stayed in bed.
2/17/13 Sun: An even 40 showed up to run up Longs Ranch Road. The ice on Barr Trail was awful!!!
2/10/13 Sun: 37 showed this week for a run up to Barr Camp. Quite a few started out by doing the Incline.
2/3/13 Sun: Only 35 came out today because quite a few were off running the Super Half Marathon. While the route was Section 16, now that our namesake is legal a few of us headed up the Incline.
1/27/13 Sun: A few degrees warmer, a few more ICers - 46. The route today was Longs Ranch Road.
1/20/13 Sun: 43 came out for a run to Barr Camp and back. No reports of any deaths...
1/13/13 Sun: And even colder day, 3 degrees, still could not keep the ICers home. In fact 43 came out for a run which warmed up to about 9 degrees. Oh, the prescribed run was Section 16.
1/06/13 Sun: Even though it was only 12 degrees 56 ICers came out for a run on the LRR loop.
12/23/12 Sun: 58 ICers signed in today with most heading up the Barr Trail towards Barr Camp. In a first for the club it worked out that the AdAmAn club was coming up as some were running down.
12/23/12 Sun: 57 ICers survived the end of the world a few days ago and decided to come out for a long run on section 16. Trails in great shape still but that could change over the next couple of days.
12/16/12 Sun: At least 70 ICers showed up for a trip out UPT and up Longs Ranch Road. Times were quite a bit slower today thanks to the snow. So far however ice is not an issue.
12/9/12 Sun: 40 ICers came out for a lesson in relativity! When we started it was a relatively cold 18 degrees. When we got to Barr Camp their thermometer was reading 7 degrees. When we got back down it was a relatively warm 18 degrees. Relativity!
12/2/12 Sun: A bit colder today but 59 still came out to run. The loop was Intemann/Section 16. I always forget what a nice relaxing, and long, downhill that is on the back side.
11/25/12 Sun: 107 signed in and were in the annual club picture. PikesPeakSports.us also has a bunch of photos from the run. Because Waldo is still closed from the fire we headed up Longs Ranch Road. There was no snow anywhere which made for some great footing and fast times. We had a feedbag after the run and it was nice to see ICers catching up on what they have been doing during the off season.
11/21/12 Wed: An e-mail was sent out today announcing the start of the 2012 season our 16th.
