April 6 we will be starting the Thursday afternoon runs. These runs are usually on Barr Trail and start at the intersection of Hydro and Ruxton. The ones that are not on Barr Trail will be on the Incline and they start at the beginning of the Incline. The workouts begin at 5:45 sharp. That is warmed up and ready to go at 5:45PM. The following Tuesday, April 11, Larry Miller will be conducting track workouts at the Manitou Springs High School track. They start at 6:00 PM. These workouts will continue through the Tuesday before the PPA/PPM. If you think running 15 miles is hard, try running 400 meters a few times in a row.
